ACCOUNT / Create an Account
Create your account before choosing a plan
Use the button below to open the sign-up page in the VPNKH user panel. Choose a username you plan to keep using, set a password, and submit the form as prompted. No email address is required. Continue using the same account, since your plan, subscription options, and order history will be linked to it. Already have an account? Use the sign-in option at the top of the page instead of creating another one.
Before submitting, check that your username is easy to recognize and that you’ve saved your password somewhere safe. Once your account is created, make sure you’re signed in to the right one before opening the plans section. That way, you can find the correct subscription in your account overview after your purchase. For now, you only need to create an account—there’s no need to look for client downloads or enter server settings yet. Those steps come after your subscription is active.
PLAN / Choose a Plan
Choose a Monthly Plan That Fits Your Data Needs
After signing in, open the plans section in the user panel. Compare the data allowance alongside each price before choosing an option. VPNKH monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Monthly data resets each month on your activation date. Consider how often you stream, use AI tools, and browse day to day rather than comparing prices alone. If you’d rather use data as needed, see the plans page for data packages that never expire.
Once you’ve chosen a plan, start its checkout and check the plan name, price, and billing terms before paying. VPNKH accepts Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT; available payment methods are shown at checkout. After payment, return to the user panel to confirm your order and subscription status—don’t rely only on whether the checkout page has closed. Monthly plans can be upgraded mid-cycle, with the price difference prorated against the remaining days. If you’re still comparing data allowances, read the full plan details before deciding. The service offers a 7-day money-back guarantee; see the terms page for details.
SUBSCRIPTION / Get Your Subscription
Find Your Subscription Link in the Account Overview
Once your plan is active, open the account overview in the user panel. Check that your subscription is listed, then look for its link, a copy button, or a client import option. The link lets your client load the server list associated with your account. It isn’t a public server page, so don’t use a link found in search results or shared by someone else. If the panel offers both direct import and link copying, choose the option recommended for your client.
After copying the link, paste it into your client’s subscription import field—not your browser’s search bar. The example below is for format reference only and won’t connect: https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN. Get your actual link from your own user panel and keep it private with your account details. To use multiple devices, sign in to the panel on each one to get the import details. VPNKH supports simultaneous connections on unlimited devices. Once you’ve got the link, follow the instructions for your device below.
CLIENT / Import Your Subscription
Import Your Subscription on Each Device
In the user panel’s downloads section, find a client for your operating system and its import instructions. The Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS interfaces differ, but the basic steps are the same: open the client, find subscription management, paste the link from your account overview, save it, and update the server list. Don’t enter the link as if it were an individual server. Once imported, the client should show locations or servers to choose from. VPNKH also supports Linux; check the panel for the relevant client instructions.
Windows: Add the Link in Subscription Settings
Open the downloads section in the user panel, get the VPNKH client for Windows, and install it following the panel instructions. Launch the client and look for “Subscription,” “Configuration,” “Import from URL,” or a similar option. Paste the link copied from your account overview and save it. Then update or refresh the server list. Once it appears, choose a location. If Windows asks for network access the first time you open the client, check that the prompt is from the client you’re using before allowing it. If you’re unsure what a prompt means, check the installation and usage instructions in the panel first.
macOS: Approve Permissions and Update Your Subscription
In the user panel, select the client for macOS and install and open it as instructed. macOS may ask you to approve system permissions the first time you launch the client or connect. Read the prompt carefully, then approve the permissions required by that client. Open subscription or configuration management, add the link copied from your account overview, save it, and update the server list. If the list is still empty, check that you pasted the full link and that the client completed the update. Avoid creating multiple blank configurations with similar names.
Android: Import from a Link and Refresh the List
Find the Android client instructions in the user panel. After installing the client, open its subscription management or configuration screen. Choose the option to add a subscription from a link instead of entering server details manually. Paste the link, save it, then update or refresh the list. Once the servers appear, keep the app open, select a server, and connect. If the connection changes when you switch apps, see the help center for troubleshooting background activity and system battery settings. This section focuses on completing your first import and connection.
iOS: Choose a Compatible Client Using the Panel Instructions
Check the user panel for iOS client download and import instructions, then open the recommended client. The import option may be called “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or “Add URL.” Choose the option to import from a link, paste the link from your account overview, and update the list. On your first connection, iOS may ask you to approve a network configuration. Make sure the request is from the client you’re using before continuing. After import, you should see a server list. If the page is blank, return to the subscription settings and check that the link was saved and the list refreshed—there’s no need to place another order.
All your devices use the same account subscription, but client interfaces and system permission steps vary. Import and verify the subscription on one device first, then set up the others using the same account steps. This makes it easier to identify where a problem occurs.
CHECK / Verify Your Connection
Connect to a Server and Check Access
Once the server list is updated, choose a location based on what you want to access, then connect in the client. For streaming, consider the region where the content is available. For AI tools, check which regions the service supports. IEPL, relay, and direct connections are different server types; the name alone won’t tell you which is best for your device. Start with a server in the location you need, note the connection status in the client, then open the website or service you want to use and check that it works.
When checking your setup, distinguish between “connected” in the client and being able to use your destination service. The first means the local connection is established; access to the service may also depend on its regional restrictions, your account settings, and your network environment. If you still see content for your previous region, confirm that the selected server matches your target location, then refresh the page or reopen the service. Don’t use an old screenshot to judge the current server status. To compare locations, switch servers one at a time and check again.
If the client can’t connect, first check that the subscription is up to date, your plan is active, and any required system permissions have been granted. If the client connects but only one website won’t open, the issue may be with that site or the selected location; reinstalling the client may not help. That’s all you need for an initial check: confirm the server list is present, a server connects, and access works as expected. Then you’re ready for everyday use.

Pinpoint the Step Where You’re Stuck
If you run into an issue, first identify whether it occurs with your account, subscription import, client connection, or access to a specific website. If your order or subscription status is unclear, return to the account overview. If you can’t find an option or your connection keeps dropping, search the help center for your specific issue. This helps avoid changing locations or importing the subscription again before confirming its status.
If you mainly use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, or Cursor and want to learn more about regional availability and differences between web apps and developer tools, read the AI Tools Guide. This page covers the essentials, from activating a plan to your first connection. For ongoing use, choose servers based on what you need—you don’t have to create a new account or subscription each time.
