Accounts & Subscriptions
From setting up your account to refreshing your subscription on a new device.
Do I need an email address to create a VPNKH account?
No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. After opening the user dashboard, follow the on-screen instructions to set up your account, then view your plans, client apps, and subscription links. Keep your username and password somewhere safe. When you switch devices, use the same account instead of creating a new one for each device. If you can’t access your account, first check that your username is correct, then describe the issue through the support ticket option in the user dashboard.
Where can I find my subscription link, and how do I import it into a client app?
Choose a plan in the user dashboard, then open the subscription or client app page in your account to find your current subscription link. In the client app for your platform, look for an option such as Import Subscription, Import from URL, or Add Subscription. Paste the link and refresh the server list. Your subscription link is tied to your account, so don’t share it publicly. Menu names vary by app; follow the options shown in your client app.
Do I need to buy another plan when I switch devices?
VPNKH allows unlimited devices to be connected at the same time. To switch computers or mobile devices, sign in to the same account on the new device, get the client app and subscription details from the user dashboard, and import the subscription. You don’t need to buy another plan just because you changed devices. Check that the new device runs Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, or Linux, and remove any saved subscription links from the old device if needed.
How do I refresh the server list after importing a subscription?
In your client app’s subscription manager, find the VPNKH subscription you’ve already imported and select Update or Refresh instead of adding the same link again. After updating, check whether the server list has changed, then choose a region that suits what you’re doing. If the list is still empty, check your plan and subscription page in the user dashboard, and make sure you copied the entire link. If the client app shows an error, submit the error message through a support ticket so the issue can be investigated.
Connections & Troubleshooting
First, identify whether the issue is with your local network, the client app, or the service you’re trying to access.
The client app says connected, but websites won’t load. What should I do?
First, check whether your device can access the internet without the client app. Then switch to another server in the app and reload the website. If only one site is inaccessible, check whether the server region meets that site’s regional requirements. If no sites load, make sure the client app has the network permissions required by your system and that its proxy mode includes your browser. If the problem persists, submit a support ticket with your device platform, selected region, and the exact error message.
Why isn’t a particular app using the proxy?
A connected status in the client app doesn’t mean every app on your device uses the same network route. Check whether the app is set to Global, Rule-based, or Per-app mode. If you use per-app settings, make sure the app you want is included in the proxy list. Then fully close and reopen it, and check whether its content refreshes. Systems handle background connections and network permissions differently, so also check the client app’s permissions in your system settings.
How can I troubleshoot a failed subscription update or an empty server list?
First, confirm that your device can load websites. Then check the subscription link in your user dashboard and use the client app’s subscription update feature. Don’t use a sample link as your actual subscription URL or post your account link publicly. If the app reports a formatting error, check for extra spaces or line breaks. If the update succeeds but the list remains empty, check your plan status and submit the exact message shown in the app through a support ticket.
An AI tool still reports a region or connection issue after I log in. What should I do?
AI services may check the login request, web session, and subsequent streaming connection separately. Choose a server region suited to how you use the service, then close and reopen the page. If needed, check whether your browser and client app use different proxy settings. If the page loads but the response cuts off, try another server in the same region. Regional eligibility and account restrictions are set by the service; a server connection doesn’t override its account requirements.
Speed & Servers
Choose a region for your needs, then compare route types and real-world connection performance.
Videos buffer during peak hours. What should I try first?
First, check whether only the streaming platform is slow or all websites on your device are affected. If only video playback is buffering, try another server in the same region and reload the player. If the whole connection is unstable, check your local network and compare the performance of IEPL, relay, and direct routes. Higher video quality requires a more consistent connection. Choose based on playback on your device, network, and platform rather than the server label alone.
How do I choose between IEPL, relay, and direct routes?
Start by filtering for the region required by the service, then compare route types. IEPL, relay, and direct describe different network paths; none guarantees a particular app will work better. For streaming, try a server in a region labeled for the platform. For everyday browsing, compare different route types in the same region. For AI tools that need a persistent session, prioritize connection stability. Test the route on your own network before deciding whether to keep using it.
Which regions does VPNKH cover, and how do I find the right server?
VPNKH’s international network covers 120+ countries / 180+ routes. First check which region the website or platform requires, then filter the server list in your client app by region, route type, and supported platform. Don’t choose based on geographic distance alone. For details on regions and route types, see the Servers page. Whether a service works depends on the platform’s rules and your current connection, so test it in your actual use case.
I chose the right region, but streaming still won’t play. What should I do?
Check which platforms the selected server supports, then confirm that your streaming account meets the platform’s regional and plan requirements. If the page loads but the video won’t play, reopen the player or try another server in the same region. Browsers and standalone apps may use different network settings, so check that the app is actually routed through the client. Platform libraries and playback rules can change; a region label is not a guarantee that content will play.
Billing & Refunds
Understand the difference between monthly-reset plans and data add-ons that last until used.
What monthly plans are available, and when does data reset?
Monthly plans include ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the day your plan started. Choose a data allowance based on how you use streaming, browsing, and other tools. Server count and plan data are separate. Compare plans on the Plans page, or check your current plan and data in the user dashboard.
How is a mid-cycle monthly plan upgrade calculated?
When you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Before changing tiers, check your current plan and the details shown on the upgrade page in the user dashboard. Monthly data resets on the plan start date; upgrades and data resets are separate, so don’t estimate your remaining time from the listed plan price alone. If the page doesn’t show what you expect, pause and ask through a support ticket.
What’s the difference between a data add-on and a monthly plan?
Monthly plan data resets each month on the plan start date. Data add-ons remain available until used and never expire. Add-on options are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. If your usage is fairly consistent, compare monthly plan allowances. If your usage is less predictable, compare the total data in an add-on. The two products are measured differently, so check the relevant options on the Plans page and the details in your user dashboard before choosing.
How do I request a refund, and which payment methods are supported?
VPNKH offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy. To request a refund, open a support ticket through the user dashboard, include the relevant order details and your request, and watch for a reply. See the Terms of Service for the full terms. Supported payment methods are Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Check your order and payment details in your account before submitting. Don’t post account information or full payment credentials publicly.
Need to check your account details?
Check your current plan, subscription link, and orders in the user dashboard. When submitting a support ticket, include your device platform, selected server region, and the message you encountered so the issue can be investigated. Don’t post your account’s subscription link in public forums.
